TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE QUICK CONSULTATION SERVICE
- These general terms and conditions apply in the relations between att. Yasen Vasilev Kraychev, BULSTAT: 180469256, with court address: city of Plovdiv, Shesti Septemvri Blvd. No. 187, 2nd floor, and customers who requested the “Quick Consultation” service through the website kraychevpartners.com
- By sending a request for “Quick Consultation”, the client declares that he is familiar with and accepts the present general terms and conditions.
- The “Quick consultation” service is an opportunity for the client to receive a legal consultation, feasible within 1 /one/ working hour, on a matter within the competence of the attorney. Yasen Kraychev.
- The contract is considered concluded at a distance at the moment of receipt of the amount of BGN 120 /one hundred and twenty/ by the attorney. Kraychev in any of the ways indicated on the site. The consultation is provided by e-mail within 24 hours from receipt of the price by the attorney. Yasen Kraychev. The term does not run on weekends and holidays.
- By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the client declares that he is aware of the applicability of the Law on the Bar and Ordinance No. 1 on the minimum amounts of attorney fees. The price of the “Quick Consultation” service is calculated on the basis of 1 hour. hourly consultancy.
- The customer undertakes to provide all relevant facts and circumstances, as well as to attach all relevant documents in a volume of up to 10 pages in pdf or jpeg format.
- The client undertakes to accurately and clearly describe his case and the question related to it.
- In case of non-fulfillment of items 6 and 7 of these General Terms and Conditions, att. Yasen Kraychev reserves the right to withhold the amount received and/or to request additional information from the client, as a subsequent consultation will be charged at BGN 120 per hour, payable in advance by the client.
- Att. Yasen Kraychev reserves the right to refuse to provide a consultation when the matter is outside his area of competence or when it takes much more than one working hour to provide it /a matter contrary to the concept of “Quick Consultation” described on the site/. In this case, he undertakes to return the amount received to the client by the method by which he received it.
- By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the client declares that he is aware that the accuracy of the consultation depends entirely on the facts, statements and documents presented by him. Att. Yasen Kraychev is not responsible for the accuracy of the consultation in the case of false/misleading information, incomplete/false documents, hidden circumstances, etc.
- When providing the Quick Consultation service, all provisions of the Law on Advocacy regarding inviolability of correspondence, attorney confidentiality, etc. apply.
- The Law on Advocacy and Ordinance No. 1 on the minimum amounts of attorney’s fees apply to all unresolved issues.
- For the purposes of providing the consultation, Att. Yasen Kraychev processes personal data. This is done on the basis of a legitimate interest in order to provide the lawyer’s service. Privacy Policy applies.
These General Terms and Conditions are published and enter into force on 01.11.2023.
PRIVACY POLICY FOR THE QUICK CONSULTATION SERVICE
This personal data privacy policy applies to persons who have requested the “Quick Consultation” service offered by Att. Yasen Vasilev Kraychev on the website kraychevpartners.com.

When applying for the “Quick Consultation” service, we collect and process personal data – name and surname, email address, as well as personal data contained in attached documents for the purposes of the consultation. We need your personal data in order to provide the legal advisory service; contacting you; for your identification as a customer with a view to fulfilling obligations under ZMIP and other laws.
We collect and process:
- Technical data – IP address and website usage data;
- Names and email.
We process personal data within the stipulated legal term – if there is one /for example, according to the Law on the Bar/, and in other cases – for the time necessary to carry out the activity.
We share your personal data with a limited range of partners only when necessary to perform the function. They have all signed a Privacy and Confidentiality Statement. Exceptionally, we may share your personal data with the hosting provider or ISP in view of a technical or security issue with the site. In cases expressly provided by law, we could share your data with state or municipal bodies, the Ministry of the Interior, the Prosecutor’s Office, etc.
