We at Kraychev Partners value our time and professionalism. The services we offer are highly qualified, and their price is negotiated individually with each client according to the complexity of the case, the client’s requirements and the formed principle of work.
The fees for legal services under Ordinance No. 1 on Minimum Attorneys’ Fees are minimum fees, not fixed prices. They represent the minimum remuneration that an attorney should request for a given service, rather than a mandatory or fixed amount. For the court, these amounts serve only as indicative minimum rates, and within the course of legal proceedings lower fees may also be awarded. Many attorneys, websites, and consulting firms offer certain legal services at minimum or even below-minimum prices. If the lowest price is your primary criterion when choosing a lawyer, then Kraychev Partners is not the right law firm for you.
Over the years, we have come to the practical conclusion that the most convenient and fair principle of work and payment is by negotiating an hourly rate or a subscription legal service. This is the way we work with most of our foreign clients, as well as with some Bulgarian corporate clients.
WORK ON HOURLY RATE
This method of payment involves agreeing on an hourly rate when assigning a specific task. The client receives an estimated number of hours, and after the work is completed, a detailed report / breakdown of the hours worked is provided, based on which the fee is calculated. Rates start from €100 per hour.
SUBSCRIPTION LEGAL SERVICE
This represents a fixed monthly fee for ongoing legal services. We offer flexible arrangements, including combining an hourly rate with a monthly retainer, or defining a specific scope of services included in the subscription. Prices start from €500 per month.
